Welcome to Bella Sei. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully as each Bella Sei piece is exclusively custom-made for you.
ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICY
All outfits at Bella Sei are made-to-order as per your measurements, design and customization.
- We accept 50% advance to book the order, and the remaining 50% must be cleared on delivery.
- Prices may vary based on heavy customization and handwork.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- Once cutting and stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
MEASUREMENT & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
- We stitch exactly as per the measurements provided by the customer.
- We highly recommend getting your measurements taken by a professional local tailor.
- Bella Sei will not be responsible for any fitting issues arising due to incorrect measurements shared by the customer.
COLOR & FABRIC DISCLAIMER
- While we make every effort to capture the true color of the dress, the actual color may slightly vary due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and dye lot of the fabric.
- No return or exchange will be accepted on the grounds of slight color variation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- Standard delivery time for casual / party wear is 7-14 working days. For bridal / heavy wear it is 15-20 working days.
- Delivery timelines may be extended during Eid, wedding season and due to unavailability of fabric.
- For urgent delivery, additional urgent charges will apply.
- For Outside UAE / International orders, shipping charges and any customs duties/taxes at destination will be borne by the customer.
- We are not responsible for courier delays or damages caused during transit by the courier company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- As per our brand policy, as all our dresses are custom-stitched and made exclusively for you, we have a strict *No Return, No Exchange and No Refund* policy after the order is completed or delivered to your doorstep.
- We cannot resell your custom-made dress, hence we request you to confirm all details before placing your order.
ALTERATION POLICY
- Minor alteration is provided for *local customers within the UAE only.*
- We do not provide alteration services for international / outside UAE customers.
- For any alteration, the customer must visit our Bella Sei store in Abu Dhabi for fitting assessment. We do not accept alteration requests via photos or videos.
- Any alteration request must be raised within 10 days of delivery. Requests after wearing, washing, or getting altered by an outside tailor will not be entertained.
- First minor alteration will be complimentary. Any major alteration involving design change, fabric addition, or size change of more than 1 size will be chargeable.
- If the outfit has been altered by any outside tailor, our alteration service will be void.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged or completely wrong item from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video (without cutting the video). After verification, we will resolve the issue at our discretion.
Urgent Orders:
If the standard making time for a dress is 7 days and the customer requires it within 5 days or earlier, it will be considered an urgent / express order and an additional urgent making charge of AED 150 will be applicable over and above the original price of the dress. This does not include shipping / delivery charges, and all shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
